Dominique McDaniel is an Associate at Coleman, Taylor, Klaus, Doupé, Diaz & Torrez, P.A., where she practices in the firm's Marital, Family and Divorce Law group. She joined the firm in August 2025 after graduating from law school, bringing experience from externships with the Florida Department of Children and Families, Gulfcoast Legal Services, and PD6’s Child Advocacy Clinic, where she focused on juvenile criminal and dependency issues.

She is a member of the Collier County Bar Association, the Collier County Women’s Bar Association, and the Michael R.N. McDonnell Chapter of the American Inns of Court.

Dominique received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of South Florida in 2021. She earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2025, where she was actively involved in student leadership and legal scholarship. During law school, Dominique served as The Office of Admissions Student Assistant (2023-2025), the Research Editor of the Stetson Business Law Review (2024-2025), a Stetson Ambassador (2023-2025), a scholar of Phi Delta Phi, and a member of the Black Law Student Association.

She was born in Manchester, Jamaica, and attended high school in Kingston before pursuing her university studies in the United States. Dominique enjoys spending her free time with her partner, family, and friends, practicing yoga, and traveling.
