Ayah Innab is an Associate at Coleman, Taylor, Klaus, Doupé, Diaz & Torrez, P.A. She represents businesses and individuals in a variety of matters including construction litigation, commercial litigation, and employment litigation. Ayah joined the firm’s Litigation practice in June 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a criminal defense trial attorney in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, where she represented clients in both state and federal courts. She has been licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland since 2020 and in Florida since October 2024. 

She is a member of the Collier County Bar Association, the Lee County Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar.

Ayah received her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, cum laude, from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016. She earned her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law in 2020, where she was actively involved in student leadership and legal scholarship. During law school, she served as the Solicitor General of the Student Bar Association (2019–2020), Managing Editor of the Criminal Law Practitioner Brief (2019–2020), and was a member of the Women in the Law Society.

Born and raised in Queens, New York, Ayah enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, exploring community art exhibits, hiking, and traveling.
