Josiah P. Wolfson

Josiah Wolfson was born in Puyallup, Washington on September 10, 1991.  He graduated from Puyallup High School in 2010, obtained his B.A. from the University of Washington with honors in 2012, and graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law with his J.D. in 2015. 

While attending law school, Josiah was a member of the Inter-American Law Review, where his student note was selected for publication.  He was also a member of the International Moot Court, where he competed in a trilingual Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition.  Josiah was a research assistant to Professor Anthony Alfieri during his law school career and won multiple book awards. 

Josiah was admitted to the Florida Bar in August, 2016.  He joined Coleman, Hazzard, Taylor & Diaz, P.A. in June, 2016 and practices general commercial litigation.  Josiah is a fluent Spanish speaker. 

Josiah is committed to public service.  Before law school, Josiah volunteered at an orphanage in Mexico and a Jewish retirement home and international language school in Argentina.  During law school, Josiah worked at the University of Miami Health Rights Clinic, representing indigent clients.  He now serves as an advisor at B'nai B'rith Youth Organization, where he mentors local high school students.   

Josiah is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Collier County Bar Association, Trial Lawyers Section of the Collier County Bar Association, Collier County Chamber of Commerce, Council of Hispanic Business Professionals, and Young Professionals of Naples. 

In his spare time, Josiah enjoys travelling, playing tennis, and riding his Harley Davidson.
